  We hired an Elantra for three days and could not fault the service. Yes, Apex is not within the airport but when you get a late model, clean Elantra for $153 with $500 excess for 3 days, there can be no complaints. You just phone them and someone picks you up within minutes and takes you just across the Gold Coast Highway to the Apex office. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have used Apex on several occasions and will continue to do so. Can't fault them.

  Great service. They were so lovely. Took us straight to the airport which was a couple of minutes away. Nothing fussy, no extra payments. We were there and out to the airport in five minutes. So glad I trusted all the other nice reviews about this company. Highly recommend

  Seldom have issues with policies on deposits etc varying from time to time as a long time renter with apex. Yet to get a car we weren't happy with from here. Convenient shuttle to the airport and friendly staff

  I hired a Hyundai Elantra for 7 days on the Gold Coast. The price was excellent, the service from Apex was very professional and the car great. The only annoyance was the condition of the car which had many scratches and the keyless entry buttons did not work. For this reason I give 4 stars. I would certainly book another car from them based on price alone.
