  This company is a total joke. Booked a 7 seater car two months in advance, to be told 6 days prior to picking up the car that my booking had been cancelled (via email). The company did not offer any other solutions or even an apology. I asked them to provide a different car for me, and they began by offering me a 5 seater, they then located a 7 seater (which was an older and cheaper car than I had originally booked) and they would only loan it to me at a higher price. Would not recommend this company to anyone, go with someone more reliable.

  Renting was smooth. But charged me$100 just to redirect a traffic fine!!? Apparently, it's in the fine print. Beware.

  So my wife was surprised when she got there at 0540 on the drop off date and there was nobody there. Between my wife and i we called a total of 13 times to both the Lan line and the out of hours mobile to no prevail. Then at 0605 my wife was forced by cutprice car rentals to walk from the depot to the airport carrying two large suit cases, two carry on cases a childs car seat and try to take control of and active four tear old child. When the company was notified of their mistake they just lied about what time their employees start and that it is completely safe for a mother to be able to carry all that stuff and being able to safely watch and control her child around the main roads filled with cars.

  Transfers from and to airport were super quick . Had no issues. My family and I loved the car.

  At the start they were nice and seemed like a good company she was told that if she came in at 0545 they would organise for someone to be there to drop her and my four year old son to the airport as they had an early flight.

  This company is a total joke. Booked a 7 seater car two months in advance, to be told 6 days prior to picking up the car that my booking had been cancelled (via email). The company offered a 5 seater car as a replacement which did not meet out needs for 7 people. They then offered another 7 seater car, almost 15 years older than the one I originally booked for a HIGHER price because we were booking so close to the hire date, despite our original booking being done 2 months prior. Would not recommend this company to anyone, go with someone more reliable.
